What is MoodRing?

The Carnegie Center for Art & History, a branch of the Floyd County Library, is hosting an open call for high schoolers in Floyd, Clark, and Harrison Counties to submit their work to MoodRing. MoodRing is our first art and literature zine for teens that seeks to share the mood of what needs to be seen and heard. This is your chance to express yourself and collaborate with your community. What’s the mood?
